We Invite You to Visit Our Showroom

We invite you to visit our showroom for an initial meeting, where we’ll have the opportunity to learn about your ideas and goals for your new kitchen or bathroom. Please bring photos of your current space, and, if available, floor plans of your home. During this visit, there is opportunity to explore our kitchen displays as well as our selection of door and countertop samples to help develop direction and explore possibilities. This meeting will provide you with a clear understanding of the quality, scope, and services we offer, helping you envision your project with confidence.

Preliminary design

One of our experienced designers will create a complimentary preliminary design for your kitchen or bathroom, complete with 3D renderings. To develop an accurate design, we’ll need measurements — either from your home’s floor plans or those you provide.

Create Personalized Estimate

Next, we welcome you back to our showroom to present preliminary pricing and discuss the approach to your renovation. Using our Hahka Kitchens Cost Estimate Tool, we’ll collaborate to design your ideal kitchen or bathroom. You’ll receive a detailed spreadsheet outlining all materials and labor, providing a cost estimate within 10% accuracy.

Preliminary Construction Contract and Deposit

When you’re ready to move forward with your new kitchen design, we require a 10% deposit of the estimated construction costs. Once the preliminary construction contract is signed, we’ll work closely with you to craft a detailed design for your kitchen or bathroom.

In-home visit to measure

Our next meeting will take place at your home, where we’ll precisely assess the scope of work and take detailed measurements. This is also an opportunity for you to share any concerns or specific desires you have for your new kitchen or bathroom.

The design and planning phase

Design meetings will follow, with as many sessions as needed, as the designer fine-tunes the layout of your kitchen or bathroom. This collaborative process allows you to share your ideas for style and function, while we provide our expertise to bring your vision to life. During this phase, a lighting and electrical plan will also be developed. The contractor will address any structural considerations as required.

Aesthetic and finish details

Once your kitchen design is finalized, we’ll move on to selecting the finishes for cabinets, door styles, countertops, flooring, tile, and wall colors. Our experienced designers will guide you through each decision, ensuring every choice complements your vision. Plumbing and lighting fixtures will also be selected during this phase.
