Kitchen remodels involve the following:

  • Design time, as needed, to achieve your desired kitchen. Detailed drawings are the result of the final design. 
  • Preparation time – order cabinets – there is currently a 6 – 8 lead time.
  • Select Quartz material – determine # of slabs needed and purchase.
  • Select backsplash tile – submit a tile order.
  • An electrical plan is created, with input from contractor, electrician, and homeowner.
  • Demo current kitchen; dispose all unneeded items. 
  • Rough plumbing (new water lines, drain lines, as needed)
  • Rough electrical (improve lighting, add outlets and switches as needed)
  • Insulation for walls and ceiling
  • Replace windows or doors? 
  • Drywall work, as needed.
  • Supply and install quality cabinets.
  • Supply and install stone countertops.
  • Install Tile backsplash.
  • Install new appliances (purchased directly by you)
  • Painting
  • Finish plumbing (install new sink and faucet, garbage disposal, etc.)
  • Install new flooring; install new baseboards.
  • Finish Electrical (install the new light fixtures, switch plates, etc.)
